Tačkica je digitalna tržnica (v nadaljevanju: platforma), ki lastnikom hišnih živali omogoča iskanje in kontaktiranje neodvisnih varušk hišnih živali. Tačkica ne opravlja storitev varstva hišnih živali, ne zaposluje varušk in ni posrednik pri plačilih.
1. About the platform
Tačkica is a digital marketplace that enables pet owners to find and contact independent pet sitters. Tačkica does not provide pet care services, does not employ sitters, and does not act as a payment intermediary.
Tačkica ne prevzema odgovornosti za poškodbe, bolezni, smrt ali izgubo živali med varstvom. Tačkica ne prevzema odgovornosti za škodo na premoženju, nastalo med opravljanjem storitve. Vso odgovornost za kakovost in varnost opravljene storitve nosi izvajalec (varuška). Tačkica si pridržuje pravico do prekinitve dostopa do platforme brez predhodnega opozorila.
2. Platform liability
Tačkica accepts no liability for injury, illness, death, or loss of any animal during a sitting. Tačkica accepts no liability for property damage caused during a service. Full responsibility for the quality and safety of services lies with the sitter. Tačkica reserves the right to terminate access to the platform without prior notice.
Varuške registrirane na Tačkici so neodvisni izvajalci in niso zaposleni pri podjetju Tačkica. Vsaka varuška je samostojno odgovorna za: kakovost opravljene storitve, lastno zavarovanje odgovornosti, spoštovanje veljavne zakonodaje, plačilo davkov in prispevkov iz opravljene dejavnosti.
3. Sitters – independent contractors
Sitters registered on Tačkica are independent contractors and are not employees of Tačkica. Each sitter is solely responsible for: the quality of their services, their own liability insurance, compliance with applicable law, and paying taxes and contributions from their activity.
Vsaka varuška, ki prek platforme Tačkica ponuja storitve varstva hišnih živali, je samostojno odgovorna za izpolnjevanje vseh zakonskih zahtev, ki izhajajo iz veljavne zakonodaje Republike Slovenije. To med drugim vključuje: • Potrdilo za skrbnika hišnih živali: v skladu s 15. členom Pravilnika o zaščiti hišnih živali (Uradni list RS) so osebe, ki poklicno skrbijo za hišne živali, morda dolžne pridobiti ustrezno potrdilo ali usposabljanje, ki ga predpisuje pristojni organ. Tačkica ne preverja, ali varuška razpolaga s tem potrdilom. • Ureditev prostorov in registracija pri UVHVVR: varuške, ki opravljajo varstvo živali v svojih prostorih (zlasti nastanitev – boarding), so same odgovorne za to, da so njihovi prostori ustrezno urejeni in po potrebi registrirani pri Upravi RS za varno hrano, veterinarstvo in varstvo rastlin (UVHVVR) v skladu z veljavno zakonodajo o zaščiti živali. Tačkica stanja prostorov ne preverja in ne odgovarja za njihovo skladnost s predpisi. • Davčne in poslovne obveznosti: varuška je sama odgovorna za prijavo prihodkov, plačilo davkov ter za registracijo dejavnosti, kadar je to zakonsko zahtevano. Tačkica je nevtralna platforma za vzpostavitev stikov in ne preverja, ali so varuške pridobile zahtevane certifikate, dovoljenja ali registracije. Vsaka varuška s registracijo na platformi potrjuje, da bo preverila in izpolnila vse zakonske zahteve, ki veljajo za njeno dejavnost.
4. Legal obligations of sitters
Every sitter offering pet care services through the Tačkica platform is solely responsible for complying with all legal requirements under applicable Slovenian law. This includes, among other things: • Caretaker certificate: under Article 15 of the Pravilnik o zaščiti hišnih živali (Rules on the Protection of Pet Animals, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia), persons who professionally care for pets may be required to obtain the relevant certificate or training as prescribed by the competent authority. Tačkica does not verify the existence of such a certificate. • Facility requirements and UVHVVR registration: sitters who provide pet care on their own premises (in particular home boarding) are solely responsible for ensuring their facilities meet the applicable standards and, where required, are registered with the Administration of the Republic of Slovenia for Food Safety, Veterinary Sector and Plant Protection (UVHVVR). Tačkica does not inspect premises and is not responsible for their regulatory compliance. • Tax and business obligations: the sitter is solely responsible for reporting income, paying taxes, and registering a business activity where legally required. Tačkica is a neutral platform for facilitating contact between parties and does not verify whether sitters have obtained the required certificates, permits, or registrations. By registering on the platform, each sitter confirms that they will check and comply with all legal requirements applicable to their activity.
Lastnik živali je odgovoren za to, da: je žival zdrava in ne kaže znakov bolezni, je žival cepljena skladno z veljavnimi predpisi, varuško pravočasno obvesti o zdravstvenih težavah, posebnih potrebah ali nevarnem vedenju živali, ter ima žival urejeno vso potrebno dokumentacijo.
5. Pet owner responsibility
The pet owner is responsible for ensuring that: the animal is healthy and shows no signs of illness, the animal is vaccinated in accordance with applicable regulations, the sitter is informed of any health issues, special needs, or dangerous behaviour, and the animal has all required documentation.
Plačilo za storitve varstva se dogovori in izvede neposredno med lastnikom živali in varuško. Prikazane cene storitev so okvirne in se lahko razlikujejo glede na vrsto ter velikost živali — natančna cena je navedena na profilu varuške in v obrazcu za rezervacijo. Tačkica ne procesira plačil in ni stranka pri pogodbi med lastnikom in varuško. V primeru spora med lastnikom in varuško se stranki poskušata sporazumno rešiti. Tačkica ne nastopa kot arbiter in ne odgovarja za izid spora.
6. Payment and disputes
Payment for pet care services is agreed and made directly between the pet owner and the sitter. Displayed prices are indicative and may vary by animal type and size — the exact price is shown on the sitter's profile and in the booking form. Tačkica does not process payments and is not a party to any contract between owner and sitter. In the event of a dispute, the parties should attempt to resolve it amicably. Tačkica does not act as arbitrator and is not liable for the outcome of any dispute.
Varuška lahko vklopi možnost »Instant Book«, ki pomeni, da se vsaka zahteva za rezervacijo potrdi samodejno in takoj brez tega, da bi varuška zahtevo ročno pregledala. S to nastavitvijo se varuška zavezuje, da bo sprejela vse samodejno potrjene rezervacije v označenih prostih terminih. Lastnik živali, ki opravi rezervacijo pri varuški z omogočenim Instant Book, je v tej transakciji pogodbenica varuške in ne platforme Tačkica. Platforma zagotavlja le avtomatizirano orodje za komunikacijo in upravljanje terminov ter ne nastopa kot ponudnik storitev varstva.
7. Instant booking (⚡ Instant Book)
A sitter may enable 'Instant Book', meaning every booking request is automatically confirmed immediately without manual review by the sitter. By enabling this setting the sitter commits to honouring all automatically confirmed bookings within their marked available dates. A pet owner booking a sitter with Instant Book enabled is contracting directly with the sitter, not with Tačkica. The platform only provides automated communication and scheduling tools and does not act as a provider of pet care services.
Kadar varuška nima označenih prostih terminov za zahtevane datume, se lastnik živali lahko vpiše na čakalno listo. S tem poda zahtevo za obvestilo, ko varuška označi zahtevane datume kot proste. Tačkica shrani zahtevane datume in vrsto storitve. Ko varuška označi celoten zahtevan razpon datumov kot prost, lastnik prejme obvestilo in vnos na čakalni listi se samodejno izbriše. Vpis na čakalno listo ne pomeni nobene obveze za lastnika ali varuško.
8. Waiting list (⏳ Waiting list)
When a sitter has no available dates for the requested period, the pet owner may join a waiting list. This submits a request to be notified when the sitter marks the requested dates as available. Tačkica stores the requested dates and service type. When the sitter marks the full requested date range as available, the owner is notified and the waitlist entry is automatically deleted. Joining the waiting list creates no obligation for either party.
Platforma omogoča pošiljanje fotografij neposredno v pogovoru med varuštvom. Fotografije se samodejno izbrišejo po tem, ko jih prejemnik enkrat odpre, ali najkasneje po 6 urah od pošiljanja — kar nastopi prej. Fotografije so dostopne izključno udeležencem zadevnega pogovora (lastniku in varuški). Pošiljatelj je v celoti odgovoren za vsebino fotografij, ki jih deli. Prepovedano je deliti fotografije, ki kršijo zakone, zasebnost tretjih oseb ali pravice intelektualne lastnine. Tačkica ne hrani trajne kopije fotografij in ni odgovorna za vsebino, ki jo izmenjujejo uporabniki.
9. Photos during sitting (📸)
The platform allows sending photos directly in the chat during a sitting. Photos are automatically deleted after the recipient opens them once, or after 6 hours from the time of sending — whichever comes first. Photos are accessible exclusively to the participants of that conversation (owner and sitter). The sender is solely responsible for the content of any photos they share. Sharing photos that violate any law, the privacy of third parties, or intellectual property rights is prohibited. Tačkica does not retain permanent copies of photos and is not responsible for content exchanged by users.
Lastniki živali lahko varuške shranijo na seznam priljubljenih. Ta seznam je viden izključno lastniku in ni javno objavljen. Shranjeni seznam priljubljenih se ob izbrisu računa trajno izbriše.
10. Saving favourite sitters (❤️ Favorites)
Pet owners may save sitters to a favourites list. This list is visible only to the owner and is not publicly disclosed. The saved favourites list is permanently deleted when the account is deleted.
Platforma podpira potisna obvestila brskalnika (»web push«). Ob privolitvi se v naši zbirki podatkov shrani naročniški ključ vašega brskalnika. Potisna obvestila se pošiljajo izključno za obvestila, vezana na dogajanje znotraj platforme (nove rezervacije, sporočila, prosti termini s čakalne liste). Namen ni tržno oglaševanje. Privolitev za potisna obvestila lahko kadar koli prekličete v nastavitvah brskalnika ali naprave.
11. Push notifications (🔔 Push notifications)
The platform supports browser push notifications (web push). Upon consent, your browser's subscription key is stored in our database. Push notifications are sent exclusively for platform-related activity (new bookings, messages, waitlist availability). They are not used for marketing. You may revoke consent for push notifications at any time in your browser or device settings.
Tačkica mesečno avtomatično podeli naziv »Varuška meseca« varuški z največ uspešno zaključenimi rezervacijami v tekočem ali preteklem mesecu. Naziv se dodeli algoritemsko na podlagi podatkov o rezervacijah in je javno viden na profilu varuške ter v rezultatih iskanja. Tačkica si pridržuje pravico do spremembe meril, pogostosti podelitve ali ukinitve nagrade kadarkoli brez predhodnega obvestila. Naziv je informativne narave in ne pomeni, da Tačkica ocenjuje kakovost storitev. Varuška nima pravice zahtevati podelitve ali ohranitve naslova.
12. Sitter of the Month (🏆)
Tačkica automatically awards the title of 'Sitter of the Month' each month to the sitter with the most successfully completed bookings in the current or previous calendar month. The title is awarded algorithmically based on booking data and is publicly visible on the sitter's profile and in search results. Tačkica reserves the right to change the criteria, frequency, or discontinue the award at any time without prior notice. The title is informational only and does not constitute an assessment of service quality by Tačkica. Sitters have no right to demand the granting or retention of the title.
Telefonska številka uporabnika se razkrije izključno drugi stranki (lastniku oz. varuški) po potrditvi rezervacije. Pred potrditvijo rezervacije telefonska številka ni vidna nikomur razen lastniku računa. S shranjevanjem telefonske številke na platformi se strinjate, da bo po potrditvi rezervacije vidna drugi stranki. Namen razkritja je vzpostavitev nujne neposredne komunikacije med varuštvom. Priporočamo, da stranke, ki so se spoznale prek Tačkice, vse dogovore urejajo prek platforme, saj to zagotavlja varstvo za obe strani — vpogled v ocene, reševanje morebitnih sporov in zaščito zasebnosti. Platforma samodejno zaznava deljenje telefonskih številk v klepetu in o tem obvesti administratorja. Nadlegovanje, sumljivo vedenje ali zlorabo platforme je mogoče prijaviti prek gumba za prijavo v pogovornem oknu. Kršitve pogojev uporabe lahko vodijo do takojšnje odstranitve računa.
13. Sharing of contact information
A user's phone number is disclosed exclusively to the other party (owner or sitter) once a booking is confirmed. Before a booking is confirmed, the phone number is not visible to anyone except the account holder. By saving a phone number on the platform, you agree that it will be visible to the other party after booking confirmation. The purpose of disclosure is to enable urgent direct communication during the sit. We recommend that all arrangements between parties who connected through Tačkica be handled through the platform — this ensures protection for both sides: access to reviews, dispute resolution, and privacy. The platform automatically detects phone number sharing in chat and notifies the administrator. Harassment, suspicious behaviour, or platform abuse can be reported via the report button in the chat window. Violations of these terms may result in immediate account removal.
Varuške se lahko prostovoljno odločijo za ročno preverjanje identitete z nalaganjem fotografije uradnega osebnega dokumenta (osebne izkaznice ali potnega lista). ID verifikacija je na voljo izključno varuškam, ki so že pridobile oznako Profil potrjen. Dokument si ogleda izključno administrator platforme Tačkica. Po zaključenem pregledu in potrditvi ali zavrnitvi se dokument takoj trajno izbriše — Tačkica fotografije osebnih dokumentov ne hrani. Postopek je v celoti skladen z Uredbo (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
14. Identity verification (ID verification)
Sitters may voluntarily submit to manual identity verification by uploading a photo of an official identity document (national ID or passport). ID verification is available exclusively to sitters who have already obtained the Profile verified badge. The document is viewed exclusively by the Tačkica platform administrator. Upon completion of the review and approval or rejection, the document is immediately and permanently deleted — Tačkica does not store ID document images. The process is fully compliant with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Po zaključeni rezervaciji imata obe stranki možnost oceniti druga drugo: lastnik živali oceni varuško, varuška pa lastnika živali. Ocena je sestavljena iz zvezdic (1–5) in neobveznega komentarja. Ocene so vidne na platformi in pomagajo drugim uporabnikom pri izbiri. Oceno je mogoče oddati le enkrat na rezervacijo in le po zaključku varstva. Tačkica si pridržuje pravico do odstranitve ocen, ki vsebujejo žalitve, laži, diskriminacijo ali kakršno koli kršitev teh pogojev. Ocenjevalec je v celoti odgovoren za resničnost in poštenost oddane ocene. Oddaja lažnih, zavajajočih ali zlonamerno negativnih ocen je prepovedana.
15. Review system
After a completed booking, both parties may rate each other: the pet owner rates the sitter, and the sitter rates the pet owner. A review consists of a star rating (1–5) and an optional comment. Reviews are visible on the platform and help other users make informed choices. A review may be submitted only once per booking and only after the sitting has ended. Tačkica reserves the right to remove reviews that contain insults, falsehoods, discrimination, or any violation of these terms. The reviewer is solely responsible for the truthfulness and fairness of their review. Submitting false, misleading, or maliciously negative reviews is prohibited.
Oznaka »Profil potrjen« pomeni, da je varuška izpolnila zahtevana polja (odobrena profilna fotografija obraza, telefonska številka, opis in vsaj ena storitev s ceno) in da je bila njena fotografija pregledana ter odobrena s strani administratorja platforme. Ne pomeni, da je Tačkica preverila točnost, resničnost ali kakovost vnesenih podatkov. Vsaka varuška mora naložiti jasno fotografijo svojega obraza. Fotografija mora prikazovati varuško samo (ne skupinske fotografije), brez sončnih očal ali pokrivala, ki zakriva obraz. Fotografija mora biti resnična fotografija varuške — ne umetno ustvarjena podoba. Vsaka fotografija je pred objavo pregledana in odobrena s strani administratorja. Varuška, ki ne naloži ustrezne fotografije, ne more pridobiti oznake »Profil potrjen«. Oznaka »ID preverjen« pomeni, da je varuška prostovoljno predložila fotografijo uradnega dokumenta, ki si ga je ogledal administrator platforme in potrdil ujemanje z navedenim imenom. Dokument se po pregledu trajno izbriše. Nobena od oznak ne predstavlja garancije za kakovost storitve ali varnost živali.
16. Verification badges and sitter photo
The 'Profile verified' badge means the sitter has completed the required fields (approved face photo, phone number, bio and at least one service with a price) and that their photo has been reviewed and approved by a platform administrator. It does not mean Tačkica has verified the accuracy, truthfulness or quality of the information provided. Every sitter must upload a clear photo of their face. The photo must show the sitter alone (not a group photo), without sunglasses or face coverings. The photo must be a genuine photo of the sitter — not an AI-generated image. Every photo is reviewed and approved by an administrator before publication. A sitter who does not upload a compliant photo cannot obtain the 'Profile verified' badge. The 'ID verified' badge means the sitter voluntarily submitted a photo of an official document, which was reviewed by a platform administrator to confirm it matched the stated name. The document is permanently deleted after review. Neither badge constitutes a guarantee of service quality or animal safety.
Za uporabo platforme morate: biti stari vsaj 18 let, navesti resnične in točne podatke pri registraciji, varovati podatke svojega računa, ne zlorabljati platforme ali njenih uporabnikov. Prepovedana je kakršna koli zloraba, lažno oglaševanje ali zavajanje.
17. Conditions of use
To use the platform you must: be at least 18 years old, provide accurate and truthful information during registration, protect your account credentials, and not misuse the platform or its users. Any abuse, false advertising, or deception is prohibited.
Osebne podatke obdelujemo v skladu z Uredbo (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Podatki se hranijo le toliko časa, kolikor je potrebno za delovanje storitve. Ob registraciji lahko neobvezno navedete jezikoslovno oznako spola (ženski / moški / ne povem), ki se hrani izključno za pravilno slovensko sklanjanje v sistemskih obvestilih. Ta navedba ni obvezna, ni javno vidna in jo lahko kadar koli odstranite. Podrobnejše informacije najdete v naši Politiki zasebnosti.
18. Personal data protection
We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Data is retained only as long as necessary for the service. During registration you may optionally indicate a grammatical gender (female / male / prefer not to say), stored solely for correct Slovenian grammar in system notifications. This is optional, never publicly visible, and can be removed at any time. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
Tačkica si pridržuje pravico do spremembe teh pogojev. Ob bistvenih spremembah bodo uporabniki obveščeni po e-pošti ali z obvestilom na platformi. Nadaljnja uporaba platforme po objavi sprememb pomeni sprejetje novih pogojev.
19. Changes to terms
Tačkica reserves the right to amend these terms. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
V skladu z Uredbo (EU) št. 524/2013 vam sporočamo, da je Evropska komisija vzpostavila spletno platformo za reševanje potrošniških sporov, dostopno na: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Tačkica ne sodeluje v nobenem programu izvensodnega reševanja sporov (IRPS) in ne priznava nobenega izvajalca IRPS kot pristojnega za reševanje sporov, ki bi jih potrošnik sprožil v skladu z veljavno zakonodajo. Potrošnik ima kljub temu pravico, da spor poskuša rešiti po tej poti.
20. Out-of-court dispute resolution (ODR)
In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, we inform you that the European Commission has established an online platform for consumer dispute resolution, accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Tačkica does not participate in any out-of-court dispute resolution (ADR) scheme and does not recognise any ADR provider as competent to resolve disputes brought by consumers under applicable law. Consumers nonetheless have the right to attempt to resolve a dispute via this route.
Uporabniki (lastniki živali in varuške) se zavezujejo, da bodo Tačkici povrnili vso škodo ter vse stroške in izdatke (vključno z razumnimi stroški pravnega zastopanja), ki bi jih Tačkica utrpela zaradi kršitve teh pogojev s strani uporabnika, zaradi zavajajočih ali napačnih podatkov, ki jih je posredoval uporabnik, ali zaradi zahtevkov tretjih oseb, ki izhajajo iz ravnanja uporabnika pri uporabi platforme. Tačkica bo uporabnika obvestila o morebitnem zahtevku in mu omogočila sodelovanje pri obrambi.
21. User indemnification
Users (pet owners and sitters) agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tačkica from any damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) incurred by Tačkica as a result of a user's breach of these terms, misleading or inaccurate information provided by the user, or third-party claims arising from a user's conduct on the platform. Tačkica will notify the user of any such claim and allow them to participate in the defence.
Tačkica ne odgovarja za neizpolnitev ali zamudo pri izpolnitvi svojih obveznosti, ki so posledica okoliščin izven njenega razumnega nadzora. To vključuje naravne nesreče, izpade električne energije ali interneta v širšem obsegu, kibernetske napade, vladne ukrepe, epidemije in druge nepredvidljive dogodke. V primeru takih okoliščin si bo Tačkica prizadevala storitev čim prej obnoviti in o tem obvestiti uporabnike.
22. Force majeure
Tačkica is not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This includes natural disasters, widespread power or internet outages, cyberattacks, government actions, epidemics and other unforeseeable events. In such circumstances Tačkica will endeavour to restore the service as soon as possible and inform users accordingly.
Za te pogoje se uporablja pravo Republike Slovenije. Za reševanje sporov je pristojno sodišče v Ljubljani.
23. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. The court in Ljubljana has jurisdiction over disputes.
